Lead stager Objective: To manage our Staging team in the planning and execution of all Staging related duties.

Experience Required: 1+ years as a lead Stager with a comparable company

Compensation: $18-25 per hour depending on experience plus $0.60 per mile

HOURS MONDAY Through FRIDAY 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Duties include:

  • Performing vacant and occupied staging consultations

  • designing staging plans based on available inventory and property needs

  • managing the Staging team in the execution of your staging plan

  • Managing our logistics team in loading and unloading

  • Monitoring our inventory to evaluate needs for repairing and retiring broken or damaged pieces

  • Curating new inventory according to our brand aesthetic

  • Ensuring our Staging team is on schedule and productive

  • Communicating with our admin in managing our staging schedule

  • Quality control both on site and at our warehouse

  • Communication with clientele regarding their staging and destaging

  • Managing the hiring and onboarding process for new staging staff

  • Training new staging staff to execute our brand aesthetic

  • Plan and manage warehouse sales

  • Not afraid to have uncomfortable conversations with clients and Staging team if the need arises

  • The ability to be kind while firmly communicating constructive criticism

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • the abilty to identify weak points in protocol and implement strategies to improve productivity
