  • Our pricing is tailored to the needs of each individual property so we can ensure that your listing is presented in the best possible way to inspire buyers to write offers!

  • Ideally, 2-3 weeks prior to your desired staging date. This gives us plenty of time to asses your property and provide de a quote, plan your design, and schedule photos. If you have a last minute need though, not to worry! We often have reschedules due to construction delays that allow us to accommodate new clients on short notice.

  • If you've received a staging quote and would like to move forward, you can email our Admin Dominique with your contact information and preferred staging date. She will send you our Staging Agreement and an Invoice. Once we've received the signature and payment we schedule movers and photography. Someone from our staging team will preview the house to take photos and plan your staging design tailored to your unique property.
