Designer Curated, Owner Implemented

For those SHORT-TERM rental owners who want a DESIGNER-CURATED space but don’t mind doing the shopping and SETTING up themselves. This Remote Design option is a time saver for you as it requires just a quick online questionnaire to get started. You tell us a little about your space and what you hope to accomplish, set the budget and we do the rest!

What’s Included:

• a custom digital design board for each space including furniture, decor, and design elements (paint colors, light fixtures etc.) as needed

• my curated list of kitchen and bath essentials to ensure your guests have everything they need for an excellent stay and leave those FIVE-STAR reviews

• a comprehensive list of every item you need to complete the design with links to each item for quick easy ordering. Just click and purchase!

• exclusive access to our USER-FRIENDLY design platform where you can view all your designs, track inventory, leave feedback, and check quantities.

  This service works well bundled with the Brand Concept package for those who want to provide a memorable stay for their guests.

Full Service Branding and Implementation

Our most popular option, this is for the short term rental owner that seeks a hands off experience. You want a kick ass money making rental portfolio without the time commitment of getting it there yourself. Whether it’s single or multi-family, we’ve got you covered down to every little detail. Your property will be rent-ready when we walk out the door!

What’s included:

• a detailed on site walk-through of your space where we’ll discus your needs and goals for the property. This is our opportunity to identify pain points, challenges, and potential features.

• a digital concept board representing the design vibe, a unique name, logo, and an explanation of the overall concept. Critical design and branding elements are included to help you see our vision for your property.

• an inventory list by room with estimated cost and recommended budget allocation. This is a room by room list of all furniture items we plan to include with your designs

• once the budget and concept are approved we get to work curating a custom digital design board for each space including furniture, decor, and design elements (paint colors, light fixtures etc.) as needed

• we’ll purchase everything and arrange for delivery to our receiving warehouse, where our team assembles, launders, and prepares it all for delivery

• install and set up all furnishings, style accessories, makes beds, wash and place dishware and ready the property for photos

• Arrange for professional interior and exterior photography
